lt1 swap wiring question

i have searched and searched the forums for this info so i thought i would ask, i put a lt1 motor and trans (out of 95 impala with complete wiring harness and ecm) into a 92 camaro set the ecm to spear tech put headers on it and now i am trying to wire the car. i have the pin out diagrams for the 95 harness and i have the factory manual for the 92. my question is this- if i put power to the 95 fuse block and run a signal wire to the starter and fuel pump will it fire up??? any help would be great.

I'm not familiar with the Impala wiring, but if it is similiar to the F-body the short answer is no. Was the VATS programed out of your PCM? If not you will need one or a bypass module. On my 95 T/A harness there is a 10 pin (C100 I think) that is going to need power to a couple of pins. See LT1 Swap He has a short hand version of what needs to be hooked to what. 4th Gen LT1 F-Body Tech Aids has a lot of wiring info, though again F-Body.
