Just swapped an LT1 into RS Wont start on its own
I just swapped a LT1 into my 92 RS It will run when i spray some Starting Fluid into the intake but it wont start and run on its own. I wired up computer its getting power i brought over the underhood fuse block, fuel pump is working and installed the VATS bypass module. The battery and the alternator is running proper the car can turn over just fine. The car can defintely run but it cant start up on its own. Can some one give me some help i cant think of anything else to check and why it wont start up on its own.

no i didnt check the fuel pressure. but what would that cause if the fuel pressure was low?? cause the car can run fine on its own with a jump start by starting fluid. im not sure if its because i didnt connect a wire or something. Ive got a 94' LT1.

There has been alot of people having problems with the VATS bypass modules. A couple of guys around here have had to have the VATS programmed out of the PCM.
