87 camaro v6 to 350
I have an 87 camaro with a v6 and want to put an v8 in. The v8 is from a 1980 Z28, I actually have the whole car to work with. would most of the stuff fit in the V6 like the tranny? Also would I be able to take the mounts and stuff from the Z28? Basically I want it the cheapest way possible to put the engine and tranny into the 87. Any infowould be greatly appreciated.

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
Step 1: Read the sticky at the top of this forum: "V6 to V8 Swap - READ BEFORE POSTING NEW"
Step 2: Come back with any questions that didn't answer. What you can assume right now is if it bolted to the V6, it won't work with the V8. Your '80 engine mounts might work, I'm not familiar enough with 2nd gens to say.
