Transmission: 4l60e / 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.73 / 3.27
NEED PROM SUGGESTION....
hey all, i recently bought a 1989 formula. originally a 5.0. the owner prior to the previous owner swapped in a 1991 corvette l98 engine. left the factory 305 heads i assume and failed to change the prom or computer. the car has a 5 speed trans still in it. in the future i plan to add the t56. anyhow, the car is running to lean. i want to get a 350 tbi prom chip. i know that i cant get one with the manual trans. which chip would you suggest. a friend told me to try a pick up chip. then have someone change the trans settings. any ideas? thanks for the help in advance.
