hey i just bought an 1989 350 TBI out of an suburben, i have an 1989 firebird 305 TBI 5 speed, wanna know if the 350 TBI will go in easy and will i have to have my tranny rebuilt or do i need to buy a new one, and can i buy a edlebrok carb to put on the 350 TBI and if so what are the steps i will need to take to make it all work thanks

The transmission won't need to be rebuilt if it is in good shape now.
The TBI forum has the best information about putting a 350 under a 305 TBI.
The tech articles linked from the thirdgen.org homepage has all the info about switching from EFI to carb. I wouldn't use an Edelbrock carb, personally, but to each his own.
