yes, but the stock trans is not a th350. its a 700r4 or a 200r4, depending on year

A "355" is a 350 that's been rebuilt by boring the cylinders .030" larger. Why would that affect the fitment of the transmission?

idk. so it would fit. im learning something new everday. i just got my car 4 weeks ago but the 350 in the car dont work so i was replacing it n i found a 355. n i was wondering if i needed a bigger transmission. thanks
