Re: Blueprint engines question
i bought the 355 base engine and changed the cam xe comp 268 and put pro billet distributor (msd)with a speed demon carb and this engine is great.it comes with a great air gap intake and has a strong bottom end.three years ago i paid 2500.00

Re: Blueprint engines question
when i called blueprint engines i asked them what kind of cam they had.they told me it was a special grind.i wanted a engine that sounded good as well as performance so i called comp cam and they recomended the 268 xe.they told me i am probably pushing more than 385.they also dyno these engines with a edelbrok carb and a barrygrant is better in my opinion.the 268 is the biggest you can go acording to comp cam without changing the torque converter.i was going to go with the 274 but i didnt.
