350 engine to ???
I'm considering swapping my 350 engine in my 91 RS to something with at least 400hp. I not a big on engine modifications so I would like to know which engines would be a bit easier to install. Also I don't know if I should change the tranny aswell because I have an auto 4 speed. Get back at me.

Less mods = larger displacement. The easiest in your case is a large small block chevy. 383 or 400 cubic inch will get you to 400hp with not too many mods. Your tranny will be fine for a long while if you're not too hard on it. Eventually it will need upgraded as well.
