Re: Your Opinions Requested.

I have met a few people have used that motor in a few diffrent applications and where very happy with it. They biggest reasion the where happy with it besides the fact that it's a quailty GM product was the ease of chaning from carb to fuel injection. aperantly it's dead simple compaired to swaping in Factory fuel injected motor or setuing up a aftermarket. This is mostly due the fact that it was desined retrofited into older cars. IT is an open loop system with out an O2 sencer and Has a pre set comptuer with out the privisions of tuneing yourself So depending on who you are the could be a good thing or a bad thing.

Re: Your Opinions Requested.

Very expensive, impossible to mod, high price, has its own computer with its own program that you can't touch, costs alot, doesn't fit well into alot of newer cars like ours (too tall), not a good value for the money if you're into speed.

Other than that, if all you're looking for is a fuel-injected motor that you can just drop in and go, it's OK.

I'm with him...

Not practical for us. You would be better off buying a factory 350 car and then putting money into it.
