What problems will i have swapping my l98 non cc carb motor into a 84 z28? Right now i have a 3 port mallory regulator keepin the 43psi down to a 6psi for the carb using hte stock intake pump. My 84 has a mechanicle fuel pump and i hear some people saying it might have a intake pump too if it doesnt have a intake fuel pump how will i feed fuel to the motor the l98 as you all know has no provision for a mechnicle pump and has a roller cam with no fuel pump lobe.

 

the cam has the lobe and i'm prettys sure the block has the provision it just needs to be machind out but for what i think your asking just put an inline pump in and reuse your regulator setup
