I'm sure some1 has done this.

I want to buy a lt1 block from like autozone or somewhere cheap. I get deals there so I am wondering if there is a cheaper place. On top of that i want to do a Miniram setup on the lt1. Can i do this? And I am gonna do my searching i guess for the electrical differences. But my main question is if the Miniram setup will work, does it bolt right up to the Lt1 heads? Also I would then have to change the headers that I have now correct?

The Miniram for the LT1 engine is called the LT1 intake.

Why not just get a complete LT1 engine? Plentiful from eBay and other similar sources.

LT4 is the "larger" one.

Most are used, but rebuilt are available, too. Most rebuilts are longblocks rather than complete engines.
