Heya guysd.. My buddy and i have just finished a 305tpi to a 350tpi swap.. the car runs and drives but its running rich and seems to lack the power it should have.. also when you want to tap the throttle it sometimes wants to hesitate. The motor we put in the car is a 350 out of an 80's truck? we think.. its got 202 vette heads an rv cam (mild) hooker headers and the intake computer and all of the sensors are from the stock 305. is there anything i need t chage with this setup? also im using the stock air cleaner wich i think is VERRY restrictive.

 

Did you use 350 injectors the 305's are different

 

You need to check your fuel pressure. You should either be running 350 injectors or turn the fuel pressure up. Make sure you have a good flowing air filter in your can, it should be fine.

 

Alright cool thnx.. one more question tho.. how do i turn up the fuel pressure?

 

You will need to replace your regulator with an adjustable one. You can get them from partsamerica.com pretty cheap.
