Welcome to the board!
1.) What is your budget? If you're going to buy new, the sky is the limit. I recommend this one and a new LT1 camshaft:
http://www.sdparts.com/product/12556...eAssembly.aspx
2.) Yes. Make sure you have 1.94" or 2.02" intake valves. Your intake is gonna run out of power in stock trim above 4500 rpms. Now is the time to invest in either a modded LT1 intake or a Holley Stealth Ram. You can work your stock intake over pretty hard (siamesed or aftermarket runners and base) for a street car with good results but it will never have the potential of the others mentioned.
3.) Yes
4.) Replace your PROM, ESC module and knock sensor with L98 (350) parts. You will either need 350 injectors or a new fuel pump with increased pressure available by means of an adjustable regulator.
5.) Again, your budget determines that. You can get a complete used rear off of this site for a few hundred bucks. New can get into the thousands quickly.
Good Luck!
