Fuel pump with carb.

I have a 88 camaro with 305 tpi and I'm building a carbed 350 and wanted to keep the electic fuel pump but was wondering if I should go with like a mallory or other aftermarket pump other than replacement. The pump is currently going bad so I have to do it anyway. Also, what would be a good regulator to go with? Any comments will help. Thanks.

If you have to replace the pump anyway, you can pretty much do anything you want. The Mallory 4309 is probably the most popular regulator.
