v6 to v8 question
I'm swapping my stock 1990 firebird v6 to an 88 350 tpi motor. And I have a few questions:
First I took out the motor and tranny and I just now got my motor mounts off and I need to know where to mount the v8 ones my k-member dosnt have the holes for them ( pics will help out a lot ).
2nd I have some wireing harness coming out of thwe firewall on the passanger side near the heater core. The wires I'm not worried about its the 2 black hoses that go through the fire wall. I just want to know what they are for ( I have a pic of it I just gotta wait to get home to post it ). Any help would be great thanks.

There is a sticky in the top section of the engine swap forum (where this thread is going) that discusses the holes in the crossmember (k-member) for the V8 mounts (that are there).
The hoses going into the firewall are for the heater core.
