305/TBI to 383 stroker/carb

Ok, so I took out a loan, and I've got a guy here in Hawaii building me a 383 Stroker. All forged parts in the bottom end. I told him I wanted a rough idle. Not sure what kind of heads. But I have the Hydraulic roller cam's in my 350 donor engine. He said after what he is doing with it, he is going to build it to within 450-475hp at the crank for about 5,500. including all of the parts and labor.
Also adding in a new radiator and new pulley set. Elec. water pump, P.S. Pump, and altenator.
After this comes the 700r4 lvl 2 from bowtieoverdrives.com. Also, adding a B & M ratchet shifter.
I'm also buying a K-member/A-arms/Coilover kit from paracing.com.
This is all within the next couple of months..
Someday in the near future I'm going to beef up the rear-end to a 12 bolt Moser, or 12 bolt Strange Rear end w/ disc brake conversion. All at the same time I do all the rest of the sway bar, control arms, etc. etc.

I've got more or less, all of what I think, figured out.
My only question is: is/are there any important steps I'm leaving out? or did I basically cover most all of it?

BTW, I do plan on taking pictures along the process to post up on a site later on. I'll come back to this thread to include the site when it's finished. Should be before Christmas I hope.
Thanks in advance for any/all advice you can give.
