will i blow my fuel pump or regulator up?

I traded my buddy my efi setup for his carb setup. We kept the pumps though, but he gave me his regulator and gave him mine. My question is will I be able to run my walbro on that afpr and lower it enough? T

The regulator has a return line so thats not an issue.

you can run your with a bypass regulator that the kink that has a return port to go back to the tank but make sure its for the high press and take it down to about 15psi or swap in a tbi pump for the same type of regulator for the lower press setup then just use the second regulator to take it down to the 5-7 psi a carb works at. Your buddy on the other hand has no choise but to swap in a high press pump for the tpi setup.

If you have an adjustable regulator with a return line you should not have to fool around with two seperate regulators as posted above. Just set it for the right fuel pressure and plumb everything properly.
