What is the most desriptive most photos etc out there covering the 87 Firebird. Not sure if this is the right place to post but I need this for an engine swap.

I will also use for restoration in the following months.

Get the GM shop manual. It is year-specific (will only cover one model year) to one vehicle (ie. 1987 Firebird, Formula, TA and GTA would all be one book)and its like 3" thick. They can be expensive, but they are VERY worthwhile if doing major work or a restoration. They aren't too hard to find, Ebay is a good place to start.

Air_Adam beat me to it....Get a FSM (Factory Shop Manual). That is what the dealer's used & can't be beat, hands down the BEST.

I was gonna show it, but can't find my pics of it.
