Tach wire, which one is it?
I did my engine swap and I am needing to hook up the tach. Does anyone know which wire it is when it comes out of the firewall under the brake booster. I had a aftermarket tach in before and I ran it off a MSD box. I don't have either of those now and am I going back to the stock tach. Probem is I don't know which wire it uses. Thanks. I have done a search on here and looked in my Haynes manual but haven't had any luck so far.
Thanks.
Jason

Re: Tach wire, which one is it?
I think it's the white one, shown on this picture. This is exactly what I was looking for.

I will post back if it works or not.

White is what I was going to say. Your chart backs that up.
Most aftermarket tachometers use a green wire for the signal, but that doesn't mean the factory did.
