after the fact flexplate question
I thought that the company I bought my rotating assembly from sent me a 153 flexplate but they did not. I have a 2 piece main 168 tooth flex plate and this is my question. How do I tell which starter my block was designed for and if i stick with the 168 tooth flexplate, will I have to get a mini starter to clear the exhaust. Will the 168 tooth plate clear the th350 bell housing? I assume it would.
The block is a 010 block and I am planing on running heddman shorties.
