Camaro 89' 305 to 350 swap, need help

I have a 1989 camaro RS with a V8, 305 on it. I wanted to swap it for a 350 because im looking for more power in my car at a minimal price.
My questions are, if i do this swap, do i have to change some computer chip aswell?
What else do i need to do to my car before i can just swap the motors.

Any suggestions of what I could do to my car to make it have more power, torque? My car has about 142,000 miles on it, which is the reason I believe a new motor would help, and it's a shame that my car looks nice, but does not have the power to back it up.
