Clear Silicone sealant???

I seen a guy put a chrome intake manifold on with one. He says he doesnt want and sealant showing when he finishes the motor.

Is it good stuff?

Never used the clear for an intake install. I would just use the black or gray and then use a razor blade to trim off the excess.
