305 tbi to 350 tbi again sorry
Hi guys new to the website. I just bought my first 3rd gen camaro. The motor is bad in it and I can get a 350 tbi out of a 86 chevy van complete with computer, wiring harness, fuel pump, tank and lines. My question is what all will I need in addation to what is coming with the new engine to transfer it into a 89 RS? Can I just pull the old engine out with wiring and computer and put the new engine in with both and then swap the fuel pump? Or do I need to do some other things? Sorry for the long post just want to make shure I have everything before starting.
Thanks for the help.

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
Are you sure about the year of the van? I don't believe TBI came out until after '86.
As long as the knock sensor module comes with the harness/sensors, you should be fine.
I'm not sure if the harness will fit exactly. Might, I just don't know the answer to that.

If the 350 has a TBI on it, it doesn't much matter.
But, either it doesn't have TBI, or it isn't a '86.
