Axle/Gears: No idea
Engine Question!!!!!!
Is it a downgrade if i put this 327 in my camaro? does the age affect it any?

By todays standards with engines, yes. The 327 is a better bore/stroke combination than a 305 but it's not as good as a good 350.
That old engine will be hard to use. The heads probably need to be completely redone. The heads won't have accessory bolt holes etc. Personally, it's not worth the asking price unless you need the old engine for a numbers matching rebuild or you need the old casting numbers for a racing class.
