350 Swap issues

i just finished my 350 swap. the motor idles a little rough it revs up well it has 18 inches of vacuum and it sitting at 6 degrees of timing. the problem is the engine has no power it wont move out of its own way. and i have to set the idle at 1000 RPM so it wont die when i put it in gear. No check engine light is on it starts up just fine. the engine is in my sig. and i did swap in the entire 350 ecu with 350 prom. the only thing i can think of is maybe i have to advance the lt1 cam by one or 2 teeth? and suggestions would be great.. i am running out of ideas for this one...

Check your spark plug wires. Might have a couple of them switched.

Re: 350 Swap issues

i checked them twice since putting them on. i restabbed the distributor and it is alot better but there is still something wrong.. i will check the wires again but i am sure they are right.

I've gotten them crossed myself. Figured it out by taking them all off and starting from scratch.

But, if you're confident they are correct, check the cap & rotor, and pull the plugs to see if any obviously aren't firing correctly. Switch good & bad between cylinders to see if it follows the plugs or the cylinder.
