I installed a NO (Normally Open) limit switch to the down-post from the a/c mount arm. The switch is pressed Closed by the carb linkage, when the linkage moves away from the stop the flaps open. I though about installing the limit switch at the back-side (WOT) but realized it would rarely open, and would be a danger to accidentally bind something at WOT. Everyone that sees it "Wack-Open" and shut when revvved thinks it's extremely cool. My son loves it!

Here's a quick photo.... Notice a small piece of angle was welded to the A/C Brkt to provide a mounting point.
Five7, Been overwhelmed by the 2nd Gen for nearly THREE YEARS! ~OUCH!
