91 formula at a loss please help

91 formula at a loss please help
Ok, everything ive read says EFF the 305.. and so eff it! now what? i have read so much on the LT1/LS1. I have no clue what i am doing or where to look or really begin so any and all help would be greatly appreciated. if i were to do a motor swap what all would i need to replace?

oh yeah, im looking to get 350-400hp to the wheels but that is a while down the road.
