Engine: 350 Carb
Transmission: TH-350
Axle/Gears: Stock 3.23

I know you cant use a 3.1 liter 700r4 with a v8 swap. My question is. Is the proper 700r4 the same dimensions as the v6 version. I know the bell housing is smaller but will the two mount in the same location without modifications.

Other than the bellhousing pattern, all other external dimensions are the same.
