ZZ4 + TPI setup?

ZZ4 + TPI setup?
I'm curious if you can put the TPI from a 305 engine onto a ZZ4 or a similar block? I think it'll be much cheaper this way and still gain significant power. Please tell me if I'm wrong. I'd like to know.
