Thanks for the info, but I'm not sure it is right. Only carburated models have a spark control module mine is TBI. So I'm not sure if the info you are giving me is correct for my 91. Any other Advice?

I wasn't refering to the control module in the distributor. Every car with eletronic ignition has one. Is this the module that I have to change. If so why?

No there is a module on the drivers side of the firewall. its called the esc module. Its behind some relays. But Dont know if tbi has it. If it has a knock sensor it should have one.

That is an IGNITION CONTROL MODULE. What you need is just the Knock Sensor, and yes that one posted will work.
