I have a Camaro Iroz-Z 1988, with a 5.7 350 tuned port injection engine that came stock with the car.
I have just recently wrecked the camaro but the engine hopefully is still good anyway..
I will be purchasing a 1987 Iroc-Z camaro with a 5.0 305 Tuned port injection engine orginal engine.
I want to take my 350 and put it in the 87 Iroc. Would do i need to do, other than physically swapping the motors?

Hi,
Should be a simple swap. Pull out the old iron, insert the new. The Wiring harness should hook up to the 350 w/o a problem. One question. Good luck!

On the 88 isnt the coil external, and the 87 is in the cap?The 88 is also serpetine belts and the 87 isnt,is it?Some alternator and a/c wires may have to be lengthened/shortened
