I can get a TPI for my 92 formula for $550 is that a good price. It is the tune port , the wiring and the computer. Is that a good price. What else do i need to get to changed my TBI into TPI. Please reply

Keep looking. I've seen SD TPI setups incl. all sensors, wiring harness, ECM, and all the aluminum for as little as $250. This was in the want-ad about 2 months ago.

 

The in-tank pump is different (not sure about the filter), as is the air induction/filtering. Throttle, TV, & cruise cables. Charcoal canister hoses. Fuel lines @ the engine. Heater and upper radiator hoses. Distributor (I think - cap only, maybe?).

Make sure all the sensors are there, as well as the fuel pressure regulator, fuel rails, etc.

For $250, one would suspect some major pieces were missing.
