Car: Project: 92 RS Camaro
Engine: 305 to 400RA3 Pontiac 400
Transmission: T5 to T56
Axle/Gears: 3:42 Detroit Tru Track
92 RS Swap
I have a plan!!
I am swapping in a 1970 Pontiac 400 Ram Air III and a LT1 T56 into a 92 Camaro RS 5 speed car.
So far the 400 has a set of #13 heads, it is .040 over with a 044 grind cam.
As for fuel and air, I am torn between a tripower set up and a quadrajet or performer on top of a factory cast iorn intake.
Exhaust will be taken care of by the original RAIII cast manifolds dumping to 2.5 inch duals.
You guys look over my ideas and let me know what you think. I will post pics and info on the build as it progresses.
