1. Exhaust- run a single 3" true duals run too close to the ground.

2. Coolant temp sensor i'm not sure of. Collant temp sender (4 guage) is in the front by the gooseneck

3. The flex-a-lite is an electric fan...

4. The th400 trans is the strongest GM automatic (I think. Maybe a powerglide {Talking stock}) it also has the highest amount of parisitic hp loss and isn't nessesary behind a 305 or 350 for that matter, but if you have it, use it (X-member and driveshaft mods)

Good luck with your swap!

I suppose you could reuse the V6 pump if you put it on the V8 pulley and brackets. At the time I didn't know how to do that so I just grabbed a V8 power steering pump from a junkyard with all of the brackets still attached. But to answer your question, the power steering pump pulley is press fit onto the shaft. You'll need a special puller tool to get it off. They sell them at most auto parts stores. It is basically two pieces that clamp onto the hub of the pulley (there is a little groove where it grabs on...you should be able to find it if you are looking at the pulley). Then you basically tighten a special bolt down that will cause the tool to pull the pulley off. I had to do this after my pump decided to come loose from the brackets and the pulley was in the way of getting the bolts back in. Good luck
