anyone done 305 TBI to 350Vortec TBI and kept the EGR
If anyone has done it which intake did you use and how did you deal with the following?
1) heater hose? DID you reroute it to the front?
2)EGR Hose-how did you get it to clear the fuel lines? did you use a 90 degree fitting or did you have to reroute
fuel lines?
3)How did you attach EGR hose to the headers?
Do you have to drill a hole in the header tube and weld on the adapter? Any clearance problems cause that EGR hose is BIG!!
All of the other issues like modifying throttle bracket and other brackets, changing brake vacuum line etc I think I have figured out.Anything I didn't think of?
I haven't see any posts by people running the EGR on this engine so I hope someone has done this and can help me out. Thanks very much.........bob
