Ive got a 78 camaro z28 i picked up for $500. I want to build the engine and swap it for my 305 LG4. I need any and all suggestions for this entire process. What kind of engine is in the '78 z? What cam head combo would be best in this engine? What parts will i need from the 305? What are the best ways to get horses from the 350?
Will it bolt up to the 700r4? Is this engine gonna tear my factory rear end to pieces? And probably most important, will this engine fit and mount properly in my engine bay, and if it doesnt what will i need to do this? Thank you for all and any advice, i apologize for the length.
