305 to 350 Swap???

I have 305 LB9 TPI Engine, and I feel it's starting on it's last few months I'm either expecting on buying a ZZ4 or a ZZ3 Engine could anybody give me a lump sum estimate price on either of the 2 and where to get it cheapest and could the TPI setup just slid right on or would there be some modification....Sometimes I wish someone would right down on there website on what needed to be done for this swap....

What year is your LB9? The center-two intake manifold bolts in the ZZ4 heads are the straight (not different angle than the others) pre-'87 type. The heads also do not have the exhaust cross-over passage, so you'll need to fabricate some sort of tube from the exhaust manifold/header up to the intake manifold. The Corvette TPI's do this from the factory. The ZZ3 is no longer available new.

As for cheapest source, try this board's sponsors for a start, see if you can do better locally (they may match or beat the price you're quoted). Don't forget shipping and sales tax - different places charge differently - get the total delivered price.

The dealers don't say what's needed for the swap because it is not factory certified for emissions under a TPI (or TBI for that matter).
