Can I keep this stuff?

Next year, I'll be going off to college, and what could be better for graduation than a new engine? I have the 305 TBI now, getting a 350 HO TBI, and I have heard millions of different opinions about it. It's a 92 Camaro automatic, so can I keep the:
1)rear end
2) transmission(700r4 I belive)
3) computer chip

In the future, I will re-do all of the above, but for now, I have NO cash(gotta go to college)and if I cant keep this stuff to have the car run, I'm screwed.
I heard the 700r4 is good to 400 hp for automatics, and I'll only have like 330-340, so I should be good as gold right?
Thanks guys

You can keep the rear and use the transmission, but don't be too hard on them.
It will probably run with the stock PROM, but you'd be better off burning your own.
If you're using the same throttlebody, you'll need 350 truck injectors, also a 350 knock sensor.
There might be a few other things, maybe someone else can help.

------------------
'88 IROC TPI 355, '69 truck 4-bolt, fully balanced, 9.75:1 compression, fully ported '70 truck heads(for now), Harland Sharp 1.6 Roller Rockers, Comp Cams CS 252AH-12, ported '86 TPI converted to speed density, Crane AFPR, Flowmaster 3in. exhaust, Edelbrock TES headers, all emissions equipment is still intact, plan on burning my own chips, many more mods and parts on the way as time and money permits =(
Best E.T. with TBI 305: 16.11 @ 82mph
Haven't been to track with new motor
If you have any questions on converting from TBI to TPI email me at jdkchevy70@yahoo.com
In memory of Dale Earnhardt, I'll miss cheering for that black #3 on raceday!!!
