chevy 305 to pontiac 400...

Thinking about buying a pontiac 400 for my 83 z28 and was wonder what kind of work would be needed to drop it in. Can i get engine mounts, do they line up, or would i have to have somebody make me some. clearence problems are there any? any other hints that would help out are greatly appreciated.

i'm sure it isn't going to be a direct bolt up without moving, or making some parts. it'll be a lot of work when you could have the same power for less using a SBC. if you really want the 400 then do it, but be prepared for a lot of extra work. i know i'm finishing up a bastard engine swap for my drag car.
