Planning to swap 305 to 350 -- REALLY need help

First of all I think this site is great. It turned me from a totally ignorant f-body enthusiast into a slightly knowledgable one On to my question...

I am planning to swap a 350 into an '86 T/A with 305 TPI. I would REALLY appreciate it if some of the experts could answer these simple questions for me:

1) Where would I find a 350, do they have them in a junkyard?
2) How much would it cost just for the engine?
3) Would it just bolt in and would the TPI fit right on?
4) What power gain am I looking at? The 305 (with bad cam) is 190HP/285TQ, approx what would I have with teh 350?
5) How much work am I looking at, and approx. how much would everything cost?
6) Is this a job a third-gen newcomer like me can handle, or does this require waaaay too many things?

I would really appreciate a complete answer from somebody who knows what they are doing.
Thx a lot people.

i'd say if you aren't sure if you can do it get some help, or don't do it. call around and ask for prices for a 350 in your area, prices here are differant. the tpi should bolt right up as long as the donor engine isn't vortec, as far as i know. the 350 will bolt right up and not much if anything will ned changed.
