For those of you who are doing motor swaps right this minute, here is a little tip. DO NOT forget about the peice of cardboard you have been using as a floor mat while working under your car. Especially if it has become saturated with motor oil and engine degreaser. Open headers tend to ignite that sort of thing rather quickly. Also, concrete doesn't hold up to the open headers either. My drive way now has two six inch patches ripped out of it. We coudn't figure out what in the hell that white **** coming from under my car were.

You weren't watching me when I fired mine up were you????? Mine did the same thing, except a rag was left under the car.

Yeah, I was working on my car in the very tall grass... A dry summer and parking the car, depriving the grass of sunlight for a couple weeks....open headers...
I knew what that smell was and high tailed it outta there quickly when I started it, but it was actually a pia to put that fire out!
