crate swap into rs vert

I own a 305 tbi rs convertible. It is a 1991 Rs and in a year or so, i would like to put something with more horsepower in it. I am planning to go with the zz4 i think, but I need to know what I have to do to the car to get it ready for the motor. What do I have to do with the suspension, transmission? I have never swapped a motor before. My dad has done it many times, but never with a newer car with a computer. Will my tbi unit work fine? What else do i have to do for this swap? One more question, can the vert handle the power?

A better flowing manifold than the stock piece would be nice, as well as a larger TB. It would also be wise to upgrade the exhaust while you're at it (headers, high flow y-pipe, cat or dual cats, cat-back). The guys on the TBI board should be able to help you beyond that.

Subframe connectors (available for convertible? Not sure) & poly bushings. Corvette servo & relief valve for the tranny.
