Vortec in a TA?

OK hear goes: Has anyone put a 96 up style Vortech 5.7 in a 3rd gen? What do you have to do to get this right? I want to keep the Vortech sensors, not the TPI stuff, but use the TPI brackets and accessories and install on the new Ramjet manifold.
