'85 Z28 with a '94 350?

I recently picked up an '85 Z28 with no motor or trans. I bought a 2bbl TBI 350 out of a wrecked '94 Blazer (including all computer and emission stuff!)to put in it. I'm trying to find a TH700R4 trans to go with this. How hard is this gonna be to stuff this motor in this car?? Any foreseeable problems?? Thanks for any help!
