I will try to help<i just swapped a 305 tpi for a 350.I used every part (electical) from my 305 eccept injectors and temp sensor and all hokked up fine. The part #'s will be same for 305 and 350 in most cases.I checked the MAF,(same), fuel pressure regulator,(same)TPS,(same)IAC,(same)ETC.I am having some problems but not related to stock swap my problems are from aftermarket additions. If all you want to know is if they are the same #,they are cubic inches plays no part in it's function.Hope this helps some.

the dealership employee is a putz if you told him you did an engine swap. Since the 305 was only offered on a regular basis in the f-body in 1986, the parts catalog would say "all V8's use this number" so to speak. Go up a year to 1987, and I bet he has two part numbers, one for 305 and one for 350.
