not sure what you're getting at... do you have the stock air box still? the only way to get an open element air cleaner on a TPI is to get rid of the factory air box and make a new intake duct that will allow you to put an open element cone filter on.
here's my car, are you talking about something like this?
No, I think the OP means the type that clamps directly to the TB. I have no idea what the part number is, not would I use one. I'd prefer cooler air going to my intake.

Oh yeah you're right, I wouldn't recommend one of those either. Those take in all the hot engine air, they look good for car shows as long as your engine bay looks immaculate

I would say the same! You are better off with a cold air intake SLP style with K&N filter. You could actually reduct the whole thing custom to get the air right at the bottom of the fender/bumper. You want that cold air from outside the engine bay.

Exactly, I made my own duct that puts the air filter right next to the evap canister. I plan on cutting a hole through the tray right next to the evap canister that I can run duct through and put my air filter right under the tray. since I don't have a fog light on that side I can make some kind of system to direct air through the fog light hole on the bumper and straight up into the air filter to have a cold air intake

Sounds like a plan to me... might revisit my setup!

Honestly I have no clue, I think it was gone when I bought the car or I accidentally left it on the old cracked bumper when I threw it away. I really wish I had the bracket for it still though, I'd love to put a set of new fog lights in
