LO3 to LT1...what do i need, how difficult to perform

I currently have a 91 RS convertible and the current 305 setup needs to be updated so i can beat the $hit out of these new faster imports...I was lookin to put an LT1 but not sure how to deal with the whole TBI setup currently in the car...also what would be a good price to pay for the comp, engine and anything else i would need to complete the application...thanx
