alright, im in the process of fitting my inline electric fuel pump to my fuel lines. and well i dont quite have a handle on this wiring mess. there are 4 or 5 wires going to the tank and i have not much clue as to what wire does what. i am trying to make sense of it all with this helms manual ive got, but it isnt too detailed. looking at the diagram of the fuel pump relay on my truck, i can see where all the wires coming from it go to, except one-the one that goes to the "fuel pump prime connector". what is that?

(1) i need to know which wires to hook up to my fuel pump for its power.

(2 what is a fuel pump prime connector and where is it located?


by the way, the lt1 is going into my 89 f/s gmc that has the stock 350. ive got the stock motor out already and am trying to sort out the wiring mess before i stuff the lt1 in. i really need this information soon. please and thanks for all the replies!!!
