i would like to know what is needed to swap out a 2.8 to a 3.8 and if you know and any link that might be helpful

this could be a very expensive project since the car you are talking about is front wheel drive, the transmission with not fit if I'm right. you should get a v8 or sell your 2.8 , buy a v8 car.

you will need a '95+ 3.8L f-body transmission. You should just looked for a wrecked 4thgen v6 unless you already have a v6 from a Bonneville. In that case you need the f-body t-5 tranny and the computer stuff to go with it.
