Engine Creativity

Hello,
This topic needs some imagination... I was wondering if you can come up with an engine package that produces both street/strip horsepower. Use the 350 or 383 engine as examples for the engine package.

Thanks,

How much can you afford? Just buy a ZZ4 crate engine and you'll be happy.

Is it better to have an EFI Engine or a Carbed engine..? Some of my friends prefer efi over carb. I prefer carb cause I don't really know how to do the computer stuff.

Thanks for the tip...

just out of curiousity, have any of yall heard of a carb intake manifold for the LT1? I was reading in Chevy High Perfomance the other day and they said that a few years ago they bought a crate LT1 with a carb intake, this seems kinda interesting to me and was just wondering if anybody else had heard of it, seen it, anything

texas, Jim pace carries the lt1 carb intake and the lt4 carb intake

www.paceparts.com

the last time i checked, these intakes were around 230 dollars, and they're a dual-plane design.

i imagine scoggin-dickey would also carry them.
